Andrea Pons is a Mexican-born production manager, recipe developer, food stylist, and author of the cookbook Mamacita, released fall of 2022.

Mamacita is an act of love dedicated to her parents who have sacrificed their lives for the future of their daughters. Her generational recipes encourage readers to sit around the dinner table to share a meal and create mindfulness around the immigration process. Andrea has worked as a food stylist for Musang Restaurant, Le Creuset, Chef’n, and Starbucks, among others.

Rosalinda Mendoza is CEO and Co-Founder of Mocel, which crafts mezcales from Michoacán and delivers them to your home for a shared tasting experience. Rosalinda was born and raised in the Yakima Valley to farmworker immigrants from Michoacán, Mexico. Mocel is inspired by the mountainous region of Michoacán, where the Mendoza family comes from, and the region’s centuries-old mezcal artisanship and culture. Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, Rosalinda held marketing and management roles for various organizations including IBM, Starbucks and the Washington State Farmworker Housing Trust.

Kristina Capulong is a Filipina-born creative media producer, community builder, and owner of local production studio, Kasama Space. Kasama is a photo/video creative production space serving to amplify BIPOC voices, empower communities, and inspire the next generation by sharing our stories through food.

With a background in food and roots in hospitality, Kristina believes in the power of taking care of each other and facilitating an environment where we can do our best work. She has produced content for organizations large and small including Alo Moves, Starbucks, Foreign Family Collective, and ACRS.
