We are thrilled to collaborate with women-owned restaurant, FogRose, to bring you an interactive mezcal tasting menu. Mocel co-founders, Rosalinda and Elizabeth, will walk you through a mezcal tasting featuring small-batch mezcales from Michoacán, Mexico, where their family is from. Enjoy these artisanal mezcales along with a curated tasting menu by FogRose’s chef.

Welcome:
Fig crostini, pickled peppers, baby spinach
First Course:
Chili braised jackfruit sope, refried black beans, pickled verdura slaw, goat cheese crema
Second Course:
Dungeness crab tostada, torched avocado, elote salsa, lime-tajin vinaigrette
Third Course:
Foie gras and duck confit tamale, epazote infused oil, apple jicama slaw, duck skin crostini
Fourth Course:
Pork belly carnitas taco, crushed avocado, picked tomatillos, cotija cheese, pork-fat housemade tortilla

This is a 2-hour event starting at 5:30pm, on March 23rd. The guided tasting will start promptly at 6pm. Free parking available at Soma Towers.
