As part of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which extends into October, intersecting with Filipino American History Month, Mocel is partnering with Archipelago, a PNW Filipino American restaurant (and New York Times 2021 Restaurant List honoree) and Mighty Tieton!
The night will feature Archipelago’s Pacific Northwest cuisine through Filipino American flavors and Mocel’s small-batch Michoacan mezcals inspired by the history and cultural trade between the Philippines and Mexico. This dining and tasting experience is an exploration of the long relationship, dating back to the Manila Galleon trade route between Manila and Acapulco from 1565-1815, to the American migrant journeys of the 20th century, to today’s thriving communities of the Yakima Valley.
There will be a lot of moving about Mighty Tieton's beautiful gallery space (so not your traditional sit-down dinner). Join us for a night of dining and discovery.
